Woodtop Oak is carefully designed with precision and perfection in mind for exceptional style and performance. Featuring a 2mm European Oak veneer above an exceptionally stable plywood cross-laminated plywood core, we've designed it to be stable and durable.

Surface Layer: 9 Layers of Ultra-Matte Treffort Lacquer

The ultra-matte brushed surface brings out the raw beauty of European Oak and it's complete colour, grain and texture. The brushing allows for a slightly textured and completed coated surface. The ultra-matte finish showcases the complete colour, grain and texture of European Oak.

Second Layer: 2mm European Oak

We use a hand-graded 2mm French Oak Veneer that's carefully selected and imperfections are filled with colour-matched or dark epoxy filler. Lighter and natural colours use colour-matched filler for a cleaner look, whilst darker colours use dark-filler to enhance their natural aesthetics. Our timbers are carefully graded to ABCD standards to strike the right balance between clean grains, colour variation and natural features.

Third Layer: Cross-Bonded Eucalyptus Core

7 Layers of cross-bonded Eucalyptus plywood layers to increase dimensional stability, reducing length-wise or width-wise expansion. Together with the Licensed 5G Click system, when floating installations are chosen, our Quiet Click Technology - a silencing film in the locking system greatly assists in reducing noises and creaking associated when floating floors.
