Surface Layer: 12 Layers of Polyurethane Coatings

With a gorgeous matte timber grain surface created by the brushing of wires as the surface coating sets, EverGreen creates a rustic and modern surface that only looks more beautiful over time.

Second Layer: 3mm Australian Timber

3mm of either Spotted Gum or Blackbutt, two of the most popular Australian timbers. Transform your home with the beautiful and unlimited variations of the darker Spotted Gum, or create a lighter effect with the paler and more yellow Blackbutt.

Third Layer: Cross-Bonded Core for Stability

7 Layers of cross-bonded plywood layers to increase dimensional stability, holding it together and reducing length-wise or width-wise expansion.

Joints are sealed with wax for added water-resistance.

Base Layer: Timber Base Layer

For further stability and prevention of warping, EverGreen is held tightly underneath by a birch timber layer.
