Congratulations on choosing your new floor. You can register your purchase for warranty purposes. Please also keep proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, showing price paid, date of purchase, installation address and date.

Once the form is completed, there is nothing else you need to do. You will receive the warranty documents, and all you need to do is enjoy your new floor!
